I'm a bit concerned about my blood pressure readings. It constantly shows as 12592. I'm also 79 kg in weight and 5 feet 9 inches tall. Should I be worried about this, and is there anything specific I should do to manage it better?

I've been having these short period chest pains for about 6 months now, and honestly, it's freaking me out a bit. I got my ECG and Doppler tests done, and they came back normal. I'm also taking esoz d every morning for gastric issues. But, the chest pains still show up sometimes, and I can't help but worry about them being signs of a heart attack. What do you think is going on here? Any guidance would really help.
Thats due to Gastritis, follow your doctors advice and consume bland food and maintain healthy lifestyle

I'm really concerned about my heart health. Although my heartbeat is normal, I've been experiencing light body shakes. My breathing seems fine, but I can't help but worry about potential heart problems. What could be causing this?
To rule out cardiac issues. Get a ECG and 2D echocardiography done. If they are normal then get a TMT stress echo done.. If they are also normal then you have nothing to worry from heart side Meanwhile take Tab. Flexon Mr twice a day for 5 days Cap. Pantocid DSR 40 mg before meals twice a day for 5
