I'm a bit concerned about my hair loss, which seems to be from a crash diet I went on. My dermatologist recommended using both Q Sera and Minoxidil. I'm wondering if it's safe and effective to use them together in my situation? Would love to hear your thoughts.

Are there any specific soaps or ingredients I should look for that are good for treating fungal infections? I'd really appreciate some advice on this.

You can use keto bar soap for it

I recently got my serum test results back, and they show my IgM at 0.62 and IgG at 30 on an index where 0.90 is considered non-reactive. I'm not sure what to make of these numbers. Additionally, I also had tests for HIV, VDRL, and hepatitis, and thankfully, those came back non-reactive. Could you help me understand what these results mean, especially about the herpes part? I'm feeling a bit worried and would appreciate any advice or explanation you can provide.

Based on your test results, it indicates that you have a past infection with herpes simplex virus (HSV) as your IgG levels are greater than 30. Since your IgM levels are 0.62, it suggests a recent or current infection. To manage herpes outbreaks and reduce the frequency of recurrences, you can take antiviral medications such as Valacyclovir

I've noticed these tiny white spots on the inner part of my upper lip since April. They're not itchy or painful, but they're definitely there, and I don't exactly like how they look. I'm wondering if these could be Fordyce spots? If so, can you recommend any medicine or treatment for them?

The tiny white spots on your upper lip are likely Fordyce spots, benign ectopic sebaceous glands; while they are harmless and don't require treatment
