I'm a bit concerned about my health. I was diagnosed with lymph node TB in my neck and took Forecox and Moxif 400mg for 6 months. The swelling in my nodes went away after two months, which was great, but now I'm noticing some issues. I feel a bit tired and sometimes have acidic sensations, itching, and a tingling feeling. Should I be getting any follow-up tests even though my doctor says there aren't any possible? And how much longer should I keep taking the medicine? I'm really looking for some guidance on this.

The chest pain I had is mostly gone, which is a relief since it was pretty uncomfortable, but I can still feel something in my lungs. Does this mean the bronchitis isn't fully cleared up? What is the actual test to determine if I have asthma? I've done a spirometry test, and it was normal. I also completed a six-minute walking test, and my oxygen saturation was 98%. Can you help me understand if these results rule out asthma or if there are other tests I should consider?

I'm really worried about my friend who's been getting treated for TB for over a month now. He seemed to be doing better, but then he suddenly came down with a high fever for a week, had terrible weakness, and was sweating a lot at night. The doctors gave him some new meds and he improved a lot, but now he's been diagnosed as COVID positive. Right now, hes not showing any typical COVID symptoms, so I'm kind of stressing about what we should do next. Could you give some advice on the next steps we need to take?
Tab augmentin duo 625mg ,orally ,thrice daily for 5 days advised to the patient.Also syrup salbutamol 10ml thrice daily for 7 days is advised to the patient.Steam inhalation is also advised twice daily. Post control of infection ATT is started.
