I'm a bit concerned about my latest ECG results, specifically the increased rs ratio in V1. I read that it might suggest an early transition or even a posterior infarct. Could this be related to my hypothyroidism and hypertension? Should I consider getting an echo done to figure this out? I'm really worried and would love some advice.

I'm really worried about a situation I'm facing right now. Lately, I've noticed that he can't even make it to 1015 steps without getting super out of breath. But oddly enough, he's able to sleep comfortably. Should I be concerned about this imbalance, and is there something specific I should be looking into or doing for him?
