I'm a bit concerned about my penis, as it tends to bend when erect. Are there any exercises or techniques that could help improve this situation? I'm really looking for some guidance on what to do.

View allI'm single and not in any relationships, but I have this overwhelming sex drive that's starting to mess with my daily life. Sometimes it even wakes me up at night, leaving me feeling anxious and nervous with sexual thoughts. I end up masturbating almost every day, and some days it's up to three times! I've noticed that doing it so often is giving me some lower back pain and making me feel really tired. Is this kind of desire normal? I read online that it might be due to high testosterone levels, and there's a test for that. But I'm curious, could there be other reasons for this? And what should I do about it? Can it lead to issues in the future?
Excessive sex desire, frequent masturbation, and associated symptoms like lower back pain and tiredness may be related to various factors, including high testosterone levels, hormonal imbalances, stress, anxiety, or underlying psychological conditions; other possible causes include sleep deprivation, certain medications, or nutritional deficiencies; consult a healthcare professional, such as an endocrinologist or a sexologist, for personalized guidance, and consider discussing the following: hormonal testing (e.g., testosterone, prolactin), stress management techniques, sleep hygiene, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to address underlying psychological factors.

I have category 1 phimosis where my foreskin retracts fully when flaccid but only goes halfway down the head when erect. It feels tight if I try to pull it further back. I don't think surgery is necessary can you recommend any steroid creams or medicines to help loosen and increase flexibility in the foreskin?
For category 1 phimosis, where the foreskin retracts fully when flaccid but not when erect, steroid creams can be a helpful treatment option to increase foreskin flexibility. Specifically, topical corticosteroids like hydrocortisone or stronger creams like clobetasol (Dermovate) can be applied to help reduce inflammation and loosen the foreskin. Gentle foreskin stretching exercises, after applying the cream, can also be beneficial

I have a 9mm stone in my right ureter and I'm really worried. Can it pass naturally if I drink a lot of water or is surgery the only option? I get pain and vomiting often but not constantly. Are there any natural remedies that might help? I really don't want to go through surgery if possible.
A 9mm kidney stone in the right ureter can be managed through medical intervention or surgery, depending on the stone's composition and your symptoms. While drinking plenty of fluids, especially water, can help, it might not be sufficient for a stone of that size. It's recommended to seek medical advice, as other treatments like extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) or ureteroscopy might be necessary
