I'm a bit concerned about my potassium levelit came back as 3.10. I know the normal range is between 3.50 and 5.10. Could you help me figure out how to raise it? Should I be worried about this?

Potassium level of 3.10 is below the normal range of 3.50-5.10. To increase it, you can consume foods rich in potassium such as bananas, oranges, potatoes, tomatoes, and spinach. Additionally, you can take potassium supplements like Slow-K with a dosage of 20 mEq-40 mEq per day, as prescribed by your doctor. It is important to address low potassium levels as it can lead to muscle weakness, fatigue, and abnormal heart rhythms.

View allMy wife has albumin in her urine along with a UTI. There isn't any sugar showing up in her urine, but she does have a history of diabetes. Should I be concerned and check her diabetes levels?
Albumin in the urine can be a sign of kidney damage, especially in the presence of a urinary tract infection (UTI). Since your wife has a history of diabetes, it is important to monitor her blood sugar levels regularly. I recommend checking her blood sugar levels and consulting with a healthcare provider to determine the best course of action. In the meantime, she can take antibiotics for the UTI and ensure proper hydration.

I'm a bit concerned about some kidney issues I had after taking aceclofenac for a fever. My creatinine levels went up to 2.3, but they've come back down now. The thing is, whenever I don't drink enough water, I start to feel a slight pain again. Do you think this will go away with time, or should I see someone about it?
Yes it takes time to settle, get your renal function test done regularly, consume balanced diet and stay hydrated.
