My total WBC is 6200 cellscu.mm, with neutrophils at 4327, lymphocytes at 1636, basophils at 24.8, and eosinophils at 130.2. My platelet count is 303,000, and the peripheral blood smear showed a normocytic normochromic blood picture, so no issues there. Should I be worried about that low monocyte count? Is there something specific I should be looking into?
