I'm a bit concerned about my recent chest X-ray results. It's been 3 months since I had COVID, and the scans are showing nodular opacity in both my left and right lung. I'm really anxious about what this might mean. Is it something to worry about? I've been dealing with post-COVID anxiety and experiencing shortness of breath. Would love some insight on this.

Sputum for AFB,microscopy ,complete blood count,esr,C-reactive protein,and x-ray chest is advised to the patient.Tab augmentin duo 625mg ,orally ,thrice daily for 5 days advised to the patient.Also syrup salbutamol 10ml thrice daily for 7 days is advised to the patient

I've been hit with two chest infections recently and gone through three rounds of antibioticsamoxicillin, azithromycin, and doxycyclineand yet my cough just wont go away. Every time I wrap up an antibiotic treatment, I feel a bit better for a couple of days, but then the fevers and cough come roaring back. The cough is awful, brings up phlegm, and even sets off my asthma, making me feel lightheaded and out of breath. It's just so frustrating. I've ruled out whooping cough with a test, so I'm really wondering what could be going on and what I should do next. Any ideas?

Please take a look at my X-ray and ultrasound reports. I've had a cough for 25 days now, with episodes of coughing so hard that I vomit, which has happened about 90 times. The coughing only happens once or twice a day, but it can go on for around 35 minutes each time. I also have mild to moderate pain in my abdomen and chest. My weight has dropped from 78 to 65 over the past three months. Initially, I was told I had malaria, but the test was positive one day and negative the next, so I'm not sure about that. What do you think could be causing the cough and vomiting?
