I'm a bit concerned about my recent chest X-ray results. They mentioned there were suspicious infiltrates in the upper lobe, and I had to get an apicolordotic X-ray. I'm feeling really worried because my family member has been having a bad cough and chest congestion for a few days now. He's also struggling to get any sleep at night and it seems to get worse when he's talking. We went to a doctor and while his blood pressure is fine and the X-ray showed everything is normal, the doctor prescribed some tablets and a syrup, including Ecozet MTA and Amoxicillin, and also recommended using Neb Duolin for a week. We've been following the prescription, but the cough is still not going away. What should our next steps be? Should we be concerned or try something different?
