I've been on meds for pulmonary tuberculosis since January 2nd, but I stopped taking them on June 28th without checking in with my doctor. After about ten days, I started them again. Now, I've got some serious chest and stomach pain. Could this be because of how I stopped and started the meds? What should I do?

I'm really worried about my wife's health. She had blood in her vomit, and an X-ray showed an infection. Our general doctor advised a CT scan, which revealed a cavity in her lungs. We did a sputum test to check for TB, but it came back negative.
