I'm experiencing breathlessness that started about a month ago. I've had numerous tests done like thyroid tests, chest exams, stress tests, and echo TMT, but everything seems to be coming back normal. What could possibly be causing this issue?

I've had this whistling sound whenever I forcefully exhale from my lungs since childhood. I don't have any breathing difficulties, but it also happens when I laugh really hard. Is this something I should be worried about?

Can we do yoga and breathing exercises if the air quality index is 202? I'm a bit worried about any possible side effects on my health with that level of air quality. Is it safe to exercise outdoors, or should I take any precautions?

Air quality is 200 so the patient is not advised yoga and exercises since the air quality is unhealthy.
