I'm really struggling with my smoking habit and I'm desperately looking to quit. My willpower seems pretty weak, which makes it even harder. I smoke around 79 cigarettes a day and have been doing this for the past 89 years. Can you suggest any effective ways for me to finally quit smoking?

To increase your motivation to quit smoking and get rid of cigarettes, you must:
Be convinced of the many downsides of smoking;,, Identify the benefits TO YOU of living without cigarettes;,, Know that the benefits and aid you get from cigarettes can be obtained in other ways;,,and Understand that the problems of quitting are temporary, but the benefits will last for a lifetime.. they are nicotine chewing gums availbale over the counter in medical stores , which can be used to avoid cravings, spend more time with people who dont smoke. avoid drinking which is also a trigger. all the best.

View allI've been feeling really unwell since May. It started with mild pain in the upper center of my chest, then turned into a high fever. By the 17th, I lost my taste and smell. Soon after, I noticed mild chest pain right in the center along with shortness of breath, but these weren't everyday occurrences. Strangely enough, these symptoms appeared again about 34 days later, and now they're back from June 23. This time, the pain has shifted a bit to the left and I'm having trouble breathing. Is this something serious? Could you please give me some advice?

I've just taken 4 puffs from my Asthalin inhaler and 2 Theoasthalin tablets. Is that too much? Could an overdose like this actually harm my airways? I'm really worried about potential side effects.

I'm really worried about my dad. He's been dealing with Asthma for a long time, and on top of that, now he's got this Marbu Sali thing going on for the last three days. He's been using Asthalin rotocaps a lot, like 78 times a day, which sounds like way too much, right? And now he's got a headache too. He doesn't have any bad habits but he just won't go see a doctor. I'm not sure what to do, can you suggest any other options or treatments that might help him?
Salbutamol inhaler and budesonide 200 sos is advised for breathing difficulty.
