I'm a bit concerned about my x-ray report showing prominent broncho vascular markings, especially since I have a history of bronchitis. I'm 51 years old and commute for 2 hours daily. My previous PFT report was okay, but could this be something serious?

Your x-ray report showing prominent broncho vascular markings could be indicative of bronchitis or inflammation in the airways. Given your history of bronchitis and daily travel of 2 hours, it is important to manage this condition to prevent any exacerbation. I would recommend using an inhaler like Salbutamol (Ventolin) 2 puffs every 4-6 hours as needed for bronchospasm. Additionally, you can use an inhaled corticosteroid like Fluticasone (Flovent) 2 puffs twice daily to reduce airway inflammation. It is also important to stay hydrated, avoid exposure to smoke or pollutants, and consider wearing a mask during your daily commute to protect your airways. Regular follow-up with your doctor for monitoring and possible repeat PFT testing is advisable to ensure optimal lung function.

View allI'm a bit worried after my spirometry test for a job preemployment check. The doctor mentioned something about a mild restriction. Does this mean I might be considered unfit for the job? I've attached my report to get some clarity on this. Can you help me understand what it all means?
yes

I've been dealing with asthma for about 10 years now, and it's really frustrating. I don't smoke or drink, and I eat meat, but I'm always just resorting to my inhaler. My family doc thinks it's just an allergy, but I'm really hoping to find a way to get past this. Do you have any insights on how I might be able to cure or better manage my asthma?
there's no permanent cure ,you should avoid the allergic agent

I've been dealing with this really bad cough for almost 20 days now. It's mostly at night and comes with mild yellow sputum. Sometimes, the coughing gets so bad that I feel breathless, and its tough to even sit up straight. I havent had any fever, body pain, or other symptoms like COVID-19, and I havent traveled or been in contact with anyone who could've been sick. Ive tried nebulizers, steam, gargling, but nothing seems to help. What could be causing this, and how can I find some relief?
do a chest xray
