I'm a bit concerned about this pain I'm feeling in my left arm after a blood test, especially since I usually don't have any issues with them. It's weird because I had one not too long ago and felt fine. Now, it hurts a bit when I try to straighten my arm, and it just doesn't seem like my normal arm. Is this something I should be worried about?

I've been feeling really feverish and exhausted lately, but every time I measure my temperature, it shows as normal. I'm a bit confused about what could be causing this. Could there be a reason for these symptoms even if my temperature is okay? What should I consider checking or doing next?
Sometimes, when an infection is beginning, your body might feel feverish and fatigued, even before fever. might due to stress heavy work load or sometimes due hormonal changes
