I'm on my 13th day without being able to smell or taste anything, and my nose is still blocked. I tested positive for COVID ten days ago and haven't had symptoms like fever or breathlessness since day one. I've been taking Azithromycin 500 for five days, along with Montek, Limcee, Zincovit, and vitamin D weekly. I'm feeling just like I did on day onenothing's improved or gotten worse. A doctor suggested I take Ivermectol once daily for three days and Doxy 1 LDR twice a day for five days. Should I go ahead with this? My oxygen levels are between 97 and 99. What do you think?

I'm having some pain around my rib, just under the left breast, but only when I move a certain way. I can walk and sit fine without any pain, but it really hurts when I'm lying down or trying to get up. I've tried using pain relief sprays and balms, but there's been no change. Could this be something serious? What might be causing this pain?

A x-ray chest pa view and ecg is advised to the patient. Tab ibuprofen 400 mg sos for pain is advised to the patient.

I'm a 30-year-old guy and I've been dealing with this weird recurring fever thing for the past couple of years. Basically, every month or two I start feeling feverishsometimes there's a bit of a cold and a headache along with it. The fever isn't super high but it goes away with anti-pyretics after 4 to 6 days. At first, I thought it might be allergies but that doesnt seem to be the case. I've been to quite a few doctors and done tons of tests, but they just treat the fever and tell me there's nothing wrong. I'm kinda stuck and don't know what to do next. Could it be something thats just not showing up in the usual tests?

I'm feeling really weak ever since I had typhoid, and I was wondering if it's okay to take Dexorange and Betonin together to help with that. Can you let me know if this combination is safe or if there are any side effects I should be worried about?

To overcome weakness after typhoid, focus on nutrient-rich foods, hydration, and rest, and consider supplements like Dexorange (iron and vitamins) and Betonin (B-complex vitamins) under medical guidance, but take them separately, as combining may lead to excessive vitamin intake.
