I'm a bit concerned about this shortness of breath I keep experiencing, especially after 3 pm nearly every day. I find myself needing to take deep breaths or breathe through my mouth, and sometimes my chest hurts because of it. I've been dealing with this off and on since 2014, but it wasn't as frequent back then, and my doctor said I was fine. Now it's happening daily, and I'm not sure what to make of it. Is there something specific that could be causing this? I drink water regularly and try to stay healthy, so it's puzzling why this keeps occurring.

The recurring shortness of breath, chest discomfort, and need for deep breathing or mouth breathing, especially after 3 pm daily, may indicate underlying conditions such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), anxiety, or cardiac issues, and warrants a thorough medical evaluation, including pulmonary function tests, echocardiogram, and blood work, to determine the cause and appropriate treatment.

I'm experiencing some chest congestion and I'm noticing a problem with breathing whenever I go for a walk. It feels like I run out of energy pretty quickly, and my legs start hurting. I'm worried about what could be causing this. Could it be something serious, or is it just because I'm maybe a bit out of shape? It's pretty concerning, so I'd love to get some advice on what to do next.

I recently got my lab results and I'm pretty concerned because my TLC is really high at 13700, ESR is 80, and my neutrophils are also high at 80. Plus, my lymphocytes are low. The sputum gram stain shows positive cocci, but the culture report just says normal flora. I haven't had a fever, but I'm experiencing pain when I inhale, and my phlegm sometimes has a foul smell or even looks rusty brown. I've also been dealing with tonsillitis. Do you think there's a chance I might have tuberculosis, or could this just be some kind of other infection? I'd really appreciate any insights.

I've been noticing a bit of light blood mixed with sputum when I spit in the morning these past few days, and it's really starting to worry me. This started happening after I had a fever, headache, and dizziness for a day, but now the blood thing is the only issue, and it freaks me out. My dad passed away from colorectal cancer, so I'm super anxious about anything cancer-related. Could this be something serious like lung cancer or another type of cancer? I'm really scared and would like to know what you think.
