I'm a bit concerned and curious about the recent chest X-ray report for a loved one who had COVID-19 about a month ago. It mentions bilateral scanty infiltrations of mixed nature with some irregular breakdowns, gross bronchial catarrh, and prominent bronchovascular markings. It also says the hilar shadow is heavy, the heart shadow is normal, and the left costophrenic angle is slightly blurred. Should I be worried about these findings, or is this normal as someone recovers from COVID-19?

I've been on TB medication for 9 months now. I weighed 50 kg at the start, but now I'm up to 69 kg, and I do feel less tired. The issue is that I sometimes get a slight pain in the upper part of my chest when I take a deep breath while standing. It's strange because I don't feel any pain if I'm lying down and doing the same thing, and I actually breathe easier after a workout. It's really been bothering me.
