I've been dealing with this persistent cough and phlegm situation for about 8 days now. I went to see a doctor, and they prescribed me Brozedex syrup, Cefolac AZ tablets, Crocin for pain relief, and Budusal nebulizer at .10mg, but I'm still not feeling any improvement with the phlegm. Should I be worried, or is there something else I could try?

To address your concerns:
Vaginal Discharge and Abdominal Hair
- Vaginal discharge can be normal, but if accompanied by itching, burning, or a strong odor, it may indicate a yeast infection or bacterial vaginosis.
- The black line of hair on your abdomen (linea nigra) can be caused by hormonal fluctuations, which may be related to pregnancy, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), or other hormonal imbalances.
Lip Kissing and Pregnancy
- Lip kissing does not cause pregnancy. Pregnancy occurs when a sperm fertilizes an egg, typically through vaginal intercourse.
Recommended Actions
- Schedule a gynecological exam to assess the vaginal discharge and abdominal hair growth.
- Practice safe sex to prevent unintended pregnancy and STIs.
- Consider taking a pregnancy test if you suspect you might be pregnant.

View allI've had this cough with mucus for almost a month now, and it's really starting to worry me. The doctors say it's allergic bronchitis, and my x-ray showed something, but even with the medication, I feel like I'm only getting partial relief. I still hear this wheezing sound in my chest that makes it hard to breathe. They just prescribed me an inhaler, Seroflo 250, for emergencies, but I'm not really satisfied with how things are going, especially since its been dragging on for so long. Plus, after taking Augmentin, I feel a kind of stabbing pain in the middle of my right lung and a slight pain in my right kidneynot too bad, but its there. They suggested checking for COVID, but when I called the helpline, they said I didnt have the symptoms. I'm honestly super confused about what to do next. Im willing to continue treatment but just need some answers about what's really going on. What should be my next steps?
Patient is advised sputum for AFB and microscopy.

I'm dealing with sinusitis and I've noticed there are some black spots in my phlegm, especially in the mornings. I also experience slight wheezing and have a bit of difficulty breathing when I'm going up stairs, but no fever. My sinusitis seems better with flixonase spray and montelukast tablets. Should I be worried about these new symptoms and see a specialist?

I'm having this random shortness of breath every now and then during the day, but strangely, it doesn't happen while I'm sleeping. I first felt this back in December 2019, and it just stopped on its own then. But it's popping up again over the last few days, and I'm a bit worried about what's going on. Any ideas on what might be causing this?
