My brother was diagnosed with lung TB in 2021, and after completing treatment, he was clear. But then, just six months later, he got affected again, this time with Pott spine TB. As his family, were worried about whether we might need to get checked too. Ive already done an ESR blood test, and it came back normal, but should we still go for TB screening? Whats your advice on this?

I've been feeling kind of worried since yesterday. I was spray painting my bathroom cabinet for around 5 to 10 minutes, and I didn't use a mask. About 20 minutes later, I started feeling short of breath. Today, I'm still experiencing some shortness of breath, though not as intense as before, and there's a bit of coughing. I'm having some trouble with congestion in my chest and hearing noises when I breathe, mostly because of dust, I think. A few days ago, I had a fever, and my back's been hurting, probably because of the breathing issues. Plus, the cough is making the pain in my throat and back worse.
