My brother was diagnosed with lung TB in 2021, and after completing treatment, he was clear. But then, just six months later, he got affected again, this time with Pott spine TB. As his family, were worried about whether we might need to get checked too. Ive already done an ESR blood test, and it came back normal, but should we still go for TB screening? Whats your advice on this?

I'm feeling really concerned because I had COVID over 8 months ago, and it was pretty severe with CORAD 5 and pneumonia. Since then, I just haven't felt like myself. I have this ongoing pain in my chest, mostly on the left side, and now my eyesight seems to be getting blurry too. I did an ECG and echo back in October, and they looked fine, and I had a chest X-ray in December and another ECG in January, which were also normal. I'm really at a loss about what to do next. Which type of doctor should I see, and is there a chance I'll ever feel like I did before COVID without all these issues?

I've had a cough and minor fever that started about 10 days ago. I took some medicine for it, but my cough still hasn't gotten any better. The fever usually kicks in during the evening, but not so much in the noon. Lately, my cough has gotten really bad, and it's so intense sometimes that it makes me vomit. I've also noticed a bit of blood in the mornings after coughing. The cough feels like it's coming from my chest rather than my throat. Could you help me figure out what might be going on?

I've been having these moments where it feels like I can't really breathe, especially after eating or sometimes at night. It's like I'm not getting enough air or something. If I try to breathe deeply, I get this tightness in my back and upper chest. It doesn't happen all the time, but when it does, it's really uncomfortable. Could you help me figure out what's going on?
