I'm a bit concerned because a few days ago, I noticed some mild pain in my right testicle and now it's swollen. I've been taking painkillers, which helped a bit, but I've found a lump in my spermatic cord. Is this something I should be worried about? Should I see a urologist for this, or would a general surgeon be better?

I had ZSR circumcision surgery on 22 July 2020 but the staple pin hasn't fully come off my penis yet. Trying to remove it with tools is really painful is there any home remedy or easier way to get it out without so much pain?

I'm having some trouble with my erection and I'm worried. When I take Megalis, it seems to help a bit, but I'm noticing the glans of my penis isn't getting as hard as the rest. I'm really looking for a permanent fix for this. Can you give me some advice on what I should do?

It sounds like you may be experiencing issues with erectile function beyond just the physical erection of the penis. While Megalis can help with erectile strength, persistent issues with the glans may indicate a need for further evaluation. I recommend consulting a urologist to rule out any underlying conditions and explore more targeted treatment options.
