I'm a bit concerned because I've been taking rabeprazole and domperidone for a couple of months now, but I haven't really noticed a lot of relief. Lately, I've also started feeling this soreness at the back of my throat, like there's some food stuck or something, even though there's no pain or trouble swallowing. Is it possible that this could be related to H. Pylori, and is it known to be difficult to treat? I'm just trying to figure out what's going on.

Based on your WBC (White Blood Cell) count:
Normal WBC range: 4,000-11,000 cellsL Your WBC count: 12,100 cellsL (mildly elevated)
Elevated WBC count possible causes:
- Stress: Stress can cause a temporary increase in WBC count.
- Infection: Mild infections, like a cold or flu, can also cause elevated WBC.
- Inflammation: Yoga and pranayama are great, but intense physical activity can cause temporary inflammation, leading to elevated WBC.
Monitor and adjust:
- Repeat WBC test: After a few days to see if the count returns to normal.
- Manage stress: Continue yoga and pranayama, and consider additional stress-reducing techniques.
- Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water to help your body recover from stress and inflammation.

I've been dealing with lax esophagitis and pangastritis for 10 years and have been on PPIs the whole time. The side effects from the meds are getting to me should I consider surgery or stick with the PPIs?
Long-term PPI use for esophagitis may cause side effects. Anti-reflux surgery (like fundoplication) is considered when lifestyle and medicines fail.

I've been dealing with a hiatus hernia for the past 2 years and have been taking a lot of antacids, but now I'm noticing side effects like burning mouth syndrome, gum irritation, and low vitamin levels. Can Ayurveda help treat hiatus hernia and reduce the gum burning? Also, I'm in Bangalore any recommendations here? Should I consider surgery for this condition?
Ayurveda can help reduce acidity but structural hernias need surgical correction. Look for centers like SDM Ayurveda or Jindal Naturecure in Bangalore.
