I'm a bit concerned because my recent blood tests showed that my SGOT level is 60 and my SGPT is 52. Both are higher than normal. Can you suggest some ways to bring these levels down?

View allI'm really concerned about this report I got that mentions "fatty liver" and says something about "parenchymal echotexture is heterogeneous." Could you explain what these terms mean and if they're something I should be worried about? I'm feeling pretty anxious about it and just need a bit of clarity on how serious this might be.
The medical term "fatty liver and parenchymal echotexture is heterogeneous" indicates that your liver has accumulated excess fat and its tissue structure appears irregular and non-uniform on ultrasound imaging, which may suggest a condition like hepatic steatosis or non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD); consult a hepatologist or gastroenterologist to discuss the diagnosis, potential causes, and appropriate treatment plan.

Is surgery really not a good option for hiatal hernia? Can Ayurveda actually cure it or does it sometimes heal on its own without treatment? I'm worried about the best approach for this issue
Haitus hernia can be managed by lifestyle modifications and also by medications. They include eat small meals, more frequent meals than larger meals. Also avoid spicy, fatty, fried foods.Weight reduction, alcohol cessation and elevation of the head end of bed about 8 inches. Surgery is the last resort for the patient.

I'm a 45-year-old woman having some trouble with gas and breathlessness. Whenever I get gas, my heart starts racing, I sweat a lot and feel cold, and I just can't breathe right. This can last up to 45 hours, and during this time, I'm stuck and can't move. It's only after I vomit and have to run to the bathroom 23 times that things settle down. But even after all that, my body hurts quite a bit. What could be causing this, and what should I do about it?
