I'm a bit concerned because for the past year, I've been dealing with excess mucus, especially in the morning, and it's usually yellow or gray. I did an IgE test and an X-ray back in April, and the doctor said it was a seasonal allergy, suggesting I take Montek LC at bedtime for a month, but I only stuck with it for a week. Occasionally, about once a week or even less, I get shortness of breath around bedtime. Recently, I got the Covaxin vaccine about five days ago, and since then, I've noticed that my blood pressure is a bit low at 10570, and I've been getting shortness of breath and a rapid heartbeat at times. Could this be from the vaccine, or is it the allergies acting up? I also experience some gastric issues, like passing a lot of gas. I work out almost daily and don't have any other health problems, my SPO2 levels are usually between 96 and 98. What do you think I should do for treatment?

View allMy brother was diagnosed with lung TB in 2021, and after completing treatment, he was clear. But then, just six months later, he got affected again, this time with Pott spine TB. As his family, were worried about whether we might need to get checked too. Ive already done an ESR blood test, and it came back normal, but should we still go for TB screening? Whats your advice on this?

I'm noticing that my heart rate has been climbing up to 95 over the past 23 days. Could my allergic bronchitis be playing a part in this? I'm really concerned and would love some insight on what might be causing this.
Increasing heart rate can be caused by various reasons, especially in individuals with allergic bronchitis. The combination of allergic bronchitis and an elevated heart rate could be due to increased inflammation and stress on the body. It is important to monitor your symptoms and consult with your healthcare provider for a proper evaluation. To help manage your symptoms, you can consider taking **Montelukast** (Singulair) 10mg once daily for allergic bronchitis. Additionally, you can take **Propranolol** (Inderal) 10-20mg as needed to help lower your heart rate. However, it is important to consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new medication.

I'm really worried about my husband because he catches a cold way too easily. It's like every month he's sick, running a fever because of a runny nose and cough, and it also causes him breathing problems. I'm wondering if this means we should see a pulmonologist or maybe another type of specialist. He's shown some minor asthma symptoms as well. What do you think? Could you give some advice on what steps we might take?
consult a pulmonologist for further tests
