I'm a bit concerned because the patient who's on TB medication seems to have an issue. Every time they eat an apple, their cough gets worse. Could you suggest alternative foods that might not trigger coughing like apples do?

View allI'm a bit worried as I recently got a PFT report back, and it mentioned something about Small Airway Obstruction. I've also been dealing with this chronic cough for a while now. Should I be concerned about this? Are there any other tests I should consider doing to get a clearer picture of what's going on?

I'm having a really tough time with my breathing, and recently, I think it might be Phlegm-related. A while back, I had a lot of sugary stuff, and then I started having trouble with this wet cough and lots of Phlegm. My doctor suggested Asthalin AX syrup for this wet cough, and it helped some with the Phlegm. Also, I noticed when I stopped the sweets, the Phlegm kind of stopped too. But even now and then, I still feel like I'm not getting enough air. I've been on some antibiotics for an infection like the Symbiotik capsule, vycor forte tablet, Bethansol tablet, and Asthalin Ax Syrup. I'm really concerned if it's okay to take all these medicines to sort out the shortness of breath because of the Phlegm and the cough. I'm just looking for some advice on how to deal with the short breath due to this cough and Phlegm situation.
