I'm a bit concerned because the patient who's on TB medication seems to have an issue. Every time they eat an apple, their cough gets worse. Could you suggest alternative foods that might not trigger coughing like apples do?

I'm getting this wheezing sound when I breathe in, and my pulmonologist had me do a PFT and FENO test. The FENO test results show 58, which is apparently severe, but I'm not an asthma patient. The PFT shows 72. Should I be worried about how serious this is? Do I need to take any specific precautions? I'm currently using Symbicort 320 twice a day.
