I'm a bit confused about the thickness when it comes to condoms. I've heard terms like 3s and 10s and I want to make sure I'm choosing the right one for extended pleasure. Can you explain the difference between these? Which one would be better suited for what I'm looking for?

mild hydrocele found in my right testicle and I've been having groin pain and right testicle pain for a few days but no swelling I have the ultrasound report do I need surgery for this
