I'm a bit confused about what "this11 after food" and "food101 after food" means when it comes to taking my meds. Is there a certain way I should be timing them around my meals?

They both mean the same thing essentially. 1 tablet to be taken after food in the morning and in the evening.

View allI'm having a sore throat that's gotten a lot better over the last couple of days and some discomfort in my chest. I've also been coughing a bit, mostly like I'm trying to clear my throat. I got back from Delhi about 12 days ago and I do have anxiety and GERD. I'm a smoker but I've cut down a lot recently. I haven't had any fever or cold symptoms though. Could this still be corona?

I've had a fever since early this morning, and it's coming down a bit. But my heart rate is staying pretty high, around 110-130 BPM. Is this usual when you have a fever, or should I be more worried about this heart rate change? I'm feeling really anxious about it. My apple watch even gave me a high heart rate alert while I was resting this evening. What should I do?
Normal, if still heart rate persists more than 100 beats per minute after fever subsides u may require an ecg and cardiac markers .

I'm really worried because I've had a high fever with shivering for two days now. The fever keeps coming and going, but my feet are extremely cold. I've taken dolo 650 and norflox, but now I'm feeling nauseous since this morning. All I've eaten is some bread and milk. On top of that, I'm dealing with a cold and really bad body pain. What should I do?
You may be experiencing a viral infection. To help with your symptoms, I recommend taking Tab. Paracetamol 500mg for fever and body pain. You can take one tablet every 6 hours as needed. Additionally, for nausea, you can take Tab. Ondansetron 4mg. It can be taken twice a day to help with nausea. Make sure to stay hydrated and get plenty of rest. If your symptoms persist or worsen, please seek medical attention.
