I'm a bit puzzled about something and could use your advice. I've heard that Ayurvedic or organic cigarettes are supposed to be safe, but they still contain smoke. Is there really a difference health-wise, or should I be just as cautious with them as regular cigarettes?

View allI'm really worried because I've been having an irritated throat with a lot of coughing. Even scarier, I'm noticing some blood coming up when I cough. What could be causing this, and should I be concerned?
The presence of blood in your cough could be due to irritation of the throat or respiratory tract. I recommend you take a cough syrup like Benadryl Cough Formula (dosage: 10ml three times a day) to help soothe your throat and reduce the coughing. Additionally, you can use a throat lozenge like Strepsils (dissolve one lozenge slowly in the mouth every 2-3 hours) to help with the irritation. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please consult a doctor for further evaluation and management.

I'm having trouble breathing, especially when I exercise or if I'm around strong smells. I don't cough much, but occasionally I feel some chest pain. I've never had any wheezing, so I'm not sure if it could be asthma or something else. What could be causing this?
Salbutamol inhaler and budesonide 200 sos is advised for breathing difficulty.

I recently tested positive and went through home quarantine, and I'm fully recovered now. I'm feeling normal overall, but I've noticed something a bit strange. Sometimes I see black particles in my phlegm, not entirely black, just some black bits mixed in. Is this something I should be worried about, or is it not a big deal?
