I've been dealing with this pressure in my head for quite a while now, and it usually flares up a couple of hours after I eat, especially in the afternoon. I notice my stomach bloats during these times, and it feels somewhat better once I pass gas or have a bowel movement, but that head pressure is really what's bothering me.
