I'm a bit worried about my body temperature. It usually stays around 98 to 98.7 in the morning but goes up to 99 by late afternoon, then drops back to 98.7 around 9 pm and stays there. It's been like this since April 10. For a couple of days in between, my temperature didn't go above 98.7. I haven't taken any meds for fever. Could this be something like typhoid or malaria? I haven't been able to get a blood test because of the whole corona situation. What do you think might be going on?

I'm not sure who I should reach out to firstshould I go to a general physician, a pain specialist, a physiotherapist, or an orthopedist? Any guidance would be much appreciated.
