I'm a bit worried about my child who was advised to use Duolin and Flohale for severe asthma. He's currently having an attack, and I'm wondering if I can mix Duolin 0.5 mg and Flohale 0.5 mg respules and give them together. Can you let me know if that's okay?

View allI'm really worried about my two kids, one is almost 3 and the other is 1 and a half. They keep eating dust and small stones. I'm not sure why they're doing it or how to get them to stop. Could you help me understand what's going on and what I can do to break this habit?

I'm really worried because my 12-year-old daughter accidentally swallowed a date seed. I'm not sure if it will pass through her system safely or if we should consider any specific medication to help with digestion. Can you let me know if there's anything I should watch out for or any precautions we should take?
If your daughter has swallowed a date seed, it is likely to pass through her digestive system without causing any issues. However, it is important to monitor her for any signs of abdominal pain, difficulty swallowing, vomiting, or breathing difficulties. Make sure she stays hydrated and eats high-fiber foods to help the seed pass through her system. If she experiences any severe symptoms or if you are concerned, you can give her a mild laxative like Dulcolax to help move the seed through her system.

My 2.3-year-old son only says 1 or 2 letter words like mummy, papa, ayu, bhavu. He also mixes up words, saying 'taj' instead of 'raj.' His pediatrician suggested surgery for extra skin under his tongue is this really necessary? What else can I do to help his speech development?
1. Buy simple cardboard books like animals, fruits, transport books and read together, this will improve vocabulary. Then buy books like Bubble series.. and together read every night . Also ,Singing rhymes with actions is fun way to improve language. 2.Talk to him everything you are doing in daily activities eg: if you are chopping veggies, tell him so.. 3.Send him to Play group/preschools. 4. Wait for a month and If this doesn't help then go to pediatricians to evaluate in details.
