I'm a bit worried about my recent thyroid function test results. They did the tests on 04062016 and my T3 level came back as 1.09 ngml, which I know falls somewhere within the normal 0.72-2.02 ngml range. But here's where I get confused my T4 was 8.38 ugdl and TSH was 5.61 uIUml. I understand that T4 seems to be okay within the normal 4.3-12.5 ugdl range, but my TSH level is above the normal 0.4-4.2 uIUml range. Do you think I should start medication based on these results? I'm anxious about what this might mean for my health.

I've had gynaecomastia for about 2 years now and I'm really not keen on surgery. Are there any other ways to reduce male breasts without going under the knife?
Yes, several non-surgical options can be used to reduce gynecomastia, including lifestyle changes, hormone therapy, and certain medications. These methods can be effective for some men, particularly those with mild symptoms or whose gynecomastia is primarily due to excess fat or hormonal imbalances.

I'm 42 and my blood sugar is at 164. My feet have this burning sensation, and I've been feeling really weak. What could be causing this, and what can I do to feel better?
Your blood sugar level of 164 indicates uncontrolled diabetes, which can lead to symptoms like burning feet and weakness. To help manage your symptoms, I recommend taking Metformin 500mg twice daily before meals to control your blood sugar levels. Additionally, you can take Vitamin B12 supplements to help with the burning sensation in your feet. Make sure to follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.
