I'm a bit worried about a sebaceous cyst I had on my right arm a while back. I squeezed it a couple of times and now it's turned into this black hole, like there's a hole there and it's just black inside. The lump is gone and there's no swelling, but this black hole has been there for months and hasn't closed up. I'm attaching some pictures for reference. Is this something serious or should I be concerned about it?

View allI noticed these white patches on the back of my neck and I'm not sure what they are. Could you give me an idea of what they might be and suggest any medications or treatments that could help?
That could be fungal infection which needs both oral and topical antifungal medications and personal hygiene is more important for such condition.

Is it alright to put on aloe vera gel before applying sunscreen? I'm worried if it might cause my skin to darken or have some other effect. Any advice on this?
Wearing aloe vera gel before applying sunscreen is generally okay, as aloe vera has soothing and moisturizing properties that can help calm the skin; however, some aloe vera products may contain aloin, a compound that can increase skin sensitivity to the sun, potentially leading to darkening or discoloration, so choose an aloin-free aloe vera gel and apply sunscreen with at least SPF 30 afterwards to ensure adequate protection.

I'm dealing with some tanning on my face and I'm really looking for help. Can you recommend a cream or any other solution that can get rid of the tanning without causing any side effects? I'm a bit worried about trying new products on my skin, so any safe suggestions would be really appreciated.
I recommend using a cream containing hydroquinone, tretinoin, and corticosteroids. One such cream is Melalite Forte cream. Apply a thin layer of this cream on the affected areas of your face once at night. Remember to use sunscreen during the day to prevent further tanning.
