I'm a bit worried about this TB test result I got. It says "Specimen sputum AFB STAIN ziehl neelsen 2 POSITIVE ACID BACILLI SEEN." Does this mean I have TB? And what exactly does the "2 POSITIVE" part imply?

I'm a bit confused and worried about my oxygen levels. A few months ago, I recovered from COVID and currently, I'm on medication for anxiety, as my doctor prescribed. I've noticed that when I'm at rest or walking, my SPO2 hovers around 94-96%. But when I take deep breaths, it jumps to 98-99%. I get that deep breathing brings in more oxygen, but why doesn't this happen when I'm breathing normally? Is there something more I should know?

due to anxiety saturation decrease, compete anxiety medication it will heal on its own

I've been dealing with a really annoying cold, cough, and itchy throat for about a week now. I've tried home remedies and even saw a doctor, but nothing seems to be working. The cough is so much worse at night than in the morning, and my throat always starts itching right before I cough. I'm currently taking Asthakind DX syrup and Cefpodoxime and Levocetirizine tablets, but it's still not getting better. Can you suggest any other medicine or treatment that might help?

I'm experiencing a cough whenever I'm in air conditioning, whether it's day or night. Even when I'm on an AC bus, my throat gets itchy and the coughing starts. I don't have any nasal congestion or other symptoms, just this persistent cough that's been really bothering me. What could be causing this?

You can try taking a cough suppressant like Delsym (Dextromethorphan) 30mg every 6 hours as needed to help alleviate the cough. Additionally, you can use a humidifier in your room to add moisture to the air and soothe your throat. Make sure to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day.
