I'm a bit worried about this TB test result I got. It says "Specimen sputum AFB STAIN ziehl neelsen 2 POSITIVE ACID BACILLI SEEN." Does this mean I have TB? And what exactly does the "2 POSITIVE" part imply?

I'm really worried about my Bronco pneumonia. I've had it since I was a kid, and I've heard different things from different doctors. Some say it's due to allergies and might get better with time, while others feel the weather where I live isnt right for me. I even moved to see if that would help, but I'm still having asthma problems. Anytime I get a little cold, the coughing starts and my asthma flares up. I've been using Asthalin to manage it. Do I have to live with this for the rest of my life? Is there anything else I could try or look into?

Yes, Duolin (Ipratropium and Salbutamol) and Budecort (Budesonide) can be mixed together in a nebulizer for administration. However, it's recommended to dilute the mixture with Normal Saline (NS) to a total volume of 4-6 mL, as undiluted solutions can be too concentrated and may cause irritation
