I'm a bit worried after my COVID recovery because my CT scan shows patchy fibrosis. Can you tell me if this is something serious? I've included the scan report for you to see.

View allI'm a bit worried and seeking some advice. I tested positive for COVID-19 on May 2nd but had mild symptoms like fever for the first couple of days and then loss of smell and taste, which came back on the 6th day. My cough stopped initially, but after about 15 days, I started having a dry cough again. I was prescribed Alex cough syrup by a doctor on Practo. It's been almost 56 days now, and I still have that dry cough with some chest pain when I cough and occasionally feel pain in the upper abdomen, below the ribs. Could these be signs of pneumonia, or should I get a chest X-ray to be sure?
do chest xray

I've had asthma for 15 years, and it's usually pretty mild. I've been using a Foracort inhaler 400 when needed. Lately, I've noticed that sometimes I feel like I'm breathing too fast and have some breathing issues, especially when I close my mouth. This only happens occasionally, and it's almost like I only notice it when I think about it. Also, just today, I started having a little dry cough and a slight irritation in my throat that feels bitter, but it's only when I cough. Should I be worried about these new symptoms, or is it just a passing thing? Would love your advice on what could be going on.

I'm really worried about my chest X-ray results from a private lab. It showed some tiny calcifications, and they mentioned it's from an old condition. I'm afraid this might cause issues with my medicals, as I plan to go abroad soon. Is there any way to deal with this or get it removed? Any advice would be really appreciated.
Normal,nothing to worry ok.
