  5. I'm a bit worried after my recent full body checkup. The results showed I have Hepatomegaly with Grade 2 fatty liver. My doctor gave me some medicines to help treat it. But when I looked online, I found posts saying it's best to stop taking medicines since they can harm the liver. I'm confused about whether to trust the medication or follow the advice I saw online. Any guidance would be really appreciated.
