I'm a bit worried and would love your insight. My beta hCG level came back as 0.100 mIUml, and the ultrasound didn't show any signs of pregnancy. Does this mean my beta hCG test result is negative, or could there be something else going on? Just trying to get a clearer picture of what's happening.

Beta-hCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) is a hormone produced during pregnancy. A positive pregnancy test generally shows a beta-hCG level greater than 5 mIUml. Levels below 5 mIUml are typically considered negative, meaning no pregnancy.

My ultrasound report shows a bulky uterus measuring 14.3x9.2x10.5cm with diffuse echo texture and a lower uterine segment lesion around 10.6x6.2 cm that's heterogeneously hypoechoic with minimal vascularity suggesting fibroid or adenomyotic changes. The cervix also looks mildly bulky. I'm unsure if this needs surgery or if medication could help what would you recommend for treatment?

I have a 13.3 mm secretory hyperplastic endometrium and two myomas one anterior subserous 31x24 mm and another posterior panmural 76x68 mm. The myometrial-endometrial interface is intact, and my cervix is normal. There's a 21 mm dominant follicle in my right ovary with a corpus luteum, and my ovaries measure 38x21 mm (right) and 31x17 mm (left). No free fluid in the adnexae, but some in the POD. My doctor is recommending surgery are there any alternatives I can consider?

Myomas more than 5cm are theorically better to b removed.. More so if u have menstrual disturbances or difficulty in getting pregnant
