I'm a bit worried because I got injured 4 months ago on a rusty iron plate, and I had a tetanus shot then. Now, I've hurt myself again, this time on an iron shutter. Do you think I need to get another tetanus injection? How long does the effect of the shot usually last?

I'm dealing with a runny nose and got Montair LC tablets for it, but now I've caught a fever. Is it alright to take Dolo 650 or another paracetamol along with it? Just want to make sure I'm not mixing meds wrong.

My wife is feeling okay most of the time, but suddenly she's getting cold, has a head pain, and sneezes a lot. Im kind of worried and not sure what to do.
