I'm a bit worried because I took NorfloxTZ for my loose motions for 5 days, and on the 5th day, the problem started again. I stopped taking Norflox, but I'm still having loose stools, like two or three times a day. Do you think it's okay to try Metronidazole for this, or is there something else I should do?

Your loose motions have not completely resolved. You can try taking Metronidazole along with a probiotic to help with the loose stools. Make sure to consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new medication. Additionally, continue to stay hydrated and follow a bland diet to help with your symptoms.

I usually avoid eating fruits because I'm not a fan, but the other day my friend's mom insisted that I try some papaya. Now, I'm dealing with a pretty bad stomachache and I feel bloated. Do you think the stomach pain is from eating the papaya? How can I get some relief and feel better soon?

Actually pappaya is good for health but some are irratable to pappaya , if you get same symptoms next its better to avoid rather than taking medicines

I've noticed that after just a couple of drinks, my eyes get really red, I get a headache, feel nauseous, and my stomach feels extremely tight and full. I'm also having trouble breathing, and my heartbeat gets really fast. This has been happening for about a month, even though I stopped drinking alcohol. I've tried to have a drink a couple of times since then, but the same problem occurs. This never happened before, and I've been drinking for years. I got a body check-up two months ago, and everything was normal. What could be going on with me, and should I be concerned?

I've been dealing with some stomach and upper abdominal pain for a couple of days now, and there's been a lot of bloating and gas too. I'm starting to worry a bit. Any idea what might be going on?

If you are not having any vomitting or loose motion, it is likely just a case of gastritis or bloating. You can take Pantoprazole 40mg before food for a couple of days, while restricting yourself to a reduced spice diet. You can also consider taking Simethicone for relief from bloating. Avoid lying down immediately after meals and try to eat in smaller quantities with increased frequency, instead of large meals with longer gaps. Keeping yourself physically active for at least 150 minutes per week has great benefits with regards to gut health and peristalsis.
