I'm a bit worried because I've been masturbating for about 10 years now and I've never had sex. I've heard that masturbation can cause issues like premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction. I'm about to get married and I'm really unsure about what to expect. I'm just worried if I'll be able to satisfy my partner. How can I know for sure?

I'm 24 and my foreskin still covers the tip of my penis it doesn't retract back. Will this cause problems in my sex life? Is circumcision really necessary for having sex? I'd prefer not to get surgery. Should I be worried about this or is it normal?

Having a foreskin that doesn't fully retract (phimosis) isn't necessarily a problem and doesn't automatically mean you'll have difficulties with sex or need circumcision. It's a common condition, especially in young boys, and can even persist into adulthood for some.

I'm an 18-year-old guy and I've got this really tight foreskin, like phimosis or something. I can't pull it back when Im hard and not even when Im soft. It moves a little but stops when the opening gets to about a centimeter. Trying to move it further hurts a lot, so stretching it seems impossible. I've never had sex, and Im worried about how this might affect things. Is having sex possible with this condition, or am I going to need circumcision? I'm really hoping to avoid that if I can.

-It's still possible to have sex with phimosis, but it may be uncomfortable or painful. You could try gentle stretching exercises or consult a doctor about other treatment options like topical creams or non-surgical methods, which may help avoid circumcis
