I'm really concerned because I've noticed that whenever I suddenly cough while talking, I end up having urine leaks. It's really embarrassing and I'm not sure what I can do about it. Can you suggest any ways to help reduce this?

I have a small egg-like lump near my right testicle inside the scrotum that feels slippery and moves around. It gives me a slight electric shock-like pain that's really bothering me. An ultrasound showed it's a small epididymal cyst. What can be done to drain it or ease the pain? Can meds help or is surgery the only option?

Usually epididymal cysts will not cause any problem and treating them might cause problem including surgery. If there is infection you need to be treated. These cysts will not harm you unless increase in size. Get a check up with urologist.
