I'm a bit worried because I've been using minoxidil 5% for about five days now, and I've really been struggling with getting a good night's sleep. Could this sleeplessness be a side effect of minoxidil?

I'm dealing with pitted acne scars and after doing some research, TCA cross seems like the most promising treatment for me. The problem is, I'm in Pune and I'm not sure where I can get this done. I've been using this topical lulifin 1 cream and some oral capsules that my doctor prescribed for a fungal issue in my groin area. Its only been two days, but my skin turned all milky white and it's starting to peel with tiny blisters, plus there's this burning sensation. Is this a normal reaction? I should probably mention that I've used an over-the-counter cream before and ended up with thin skin and stretch marks. Could that have something to do with what's happening now, or is this something else?

The symptoms you're experiencing, such as milky white skin, peeling, small blisters, and burning sensation, are not normal and may indicate an allergic reaction or sensitivity to the lulifin 1 cream or oral antifungal medication, so stop using the medication and consult your doctor immediately.

I've been hearing a lot about oral glutathione tablets with Vitamin C for skin whitening, and I'm curious if they really work. Are there any solid clinical studies backing this up? Have you seen any noticeable results in your patients who use these oral glutathione supplements? There are so many expensive products out there, and I'd love to get some insights before making a purchase decision.

There are no proven studies to say that oral glutathione causes skin whitening. But there are patients who have taken it, and have noticed a difference. But that's not same with everyone. There are various lasers and peels available to enhance your skin color by one or two shades. Along with the procedures, vitamin C serum is definitely helpful, not only for pigmentation, but also for skin rejuvenation and as an anti aging cream.
