That could be fungal infection which needs both oral and topical antifungal medications and personal hygiene is more important for such condition.

I'm dealing with this issue where I've got these white pus-filled bumps on my face, and they usually come in clusters. They're not just regular pimples but are more like pus-filled lesions, and some can be pretty painful. I did a bit of research, and it seems like it might be caused by staph bacteria. I had this same problem last year and was prescribed Minoz OD and Microdox, which cleared it up back then. Really need some advice now on how I can tackle this again. Any suggestions on what I should do?

I've been using Tugain solution to help with my hair thickness. I'm thinking about switching to Indulekha hair oil. Do you think that's a good idea? Would it still be effective for hair thickness, or should I stick with Tugain? I'm a bit concerned about making a change like this. What would you recommend?
chemical free oils would work,consume balanced diet with extra protien for healthy hair.
