I'm a bit worried because I've noticed that my sperm isn't as thick as it used to be, and it's got a slight yellowish tint. Plus, I think my sperm count might be lower. Which type of doctor should I be reaching out to for this kind of issue?

I've been having this really bad pain in the glans of my penis, right when I start and finish urinating. It's like normal when I'm just going about my day, no pain or anything, but as soon as I pee, it's unbearableit makes me stop mid-flow. The pain kind of eases up during the flow but as it slows down to just drops at the end, that's when it hits me hard. It's honestly the worst pain I've felt. I had a UTI not too long ago and took some meds like Norflex, Cyclopam, and Citralka syrup, and it seemed like I was okay for a bit. Could this be related, or is it something different? I've been drinking a ton of water, but its not helping. Also, I'm not quite sure if it's truly in the glans or maybe through the urethra, but it sure feels like it's around there. Any idea what might be going on?

Since the pain has persisted and is quite severe, it would be a good idea to consult a urologist for a thorough evaluation.

I'm worried because my penis has suddenly gotten swollen, and I dont exactly know why. I was traveling on a bus last night, and this morning I noticed it was a bit swollen.
