I'm a bit worried because my recent sonography showed a 5 mm stone in the upper part of my left ureter, and it's just 2.1 cm away from the PU junction. I've been experiencing some issues after masturbating where I get small cuts on my foreskin, and it's becoming a bit of a concern. They tend to heal after a few days, but as soon as I masturbate again, the same thing happens. It's quite painful, and sometimes I can't even retract the foreskin because of the pain. I'm worried and wondering if this is something I should be concerned about or if there's anything I can do to prevent it. Could you provide some advice on what might be causing this and how to stop it from happening?
It sounds like you may be experiencing irritation or minor abrasions on your foreskin, possibly due to friction during masturbation. I recommend using a gentle moisturizer or emollient to help soothe the area and reduce friction. If the issue persists or becomes more painful, it may be helpful to consult a doctor for further evaluation.
