I'm a bit worried because my recent ultrasound showed a grade 1 fatty liver. I try to stay active with regular exercise and make sure to drink plenty of water. But I also enjoy having beers on weekends. Should I be concerned about the impact this has on my liver?

View allI'm a bit puzzled and worried here. My latest reports show that everything's normal, but my SGPT is at 79 and SGOT is 42. The ultrasound mentions a grade 1 fatty liver, which is confusing because all my friends with fatty liver haven't had any risen liver enzymes like I do. Why is this happening to me?
R U A ALCOHOLIC? IF SO, LIVER ENZYMES ARE RAISED DUE TO THAT. FATTY LIVER IS ALSO DUE TO THAT? WHY YOUR FRIENDS DON'T HAVE INCREASED LIVER ENZYMES THAT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO SAY? ALTHOUGH THEY HAVE FATTY LIVER ALSO?? IT'S QUERY ABOUT U N YOU HAVE MENTIONED ALL INFORMATION ABOUT U SO DON'T WORRY. DIET CONTROL N WALKING IS CHANGED THE LIVER ENZYMES. SGPT IS RAISED SGOT IS NOT SO MUCH ENLARGED. SO IF U R ALCOHOLIC TRY TO MININIMISE IT TO 60 ML. LOW FAT, LEAST OIL,NO FRIED JUNK FOOD OR FOOD FROM OUTSIDE. BRICK WALKING AT LEAST FOR 30 MINUTES.

I've been dealing with some really uncomfortable symptoms and I'm getting kinda worried. My stomach has been bothering me a lot with gastritis, and Im burping a lot too. I feel this pain on the left side of my abdomen and this heaviness in the middle of my chest, especially when I try to sleep. There's this weird tight feeling in my throat and one side of my nose swells up. Whenever I take a deep breath, my ear kinda closes off which feels strange. When Im trying to sleep, sometimes my heart starts racing and I find it hard to breathe. My head feels heavy throughout the day which is really annoying. I havent lost any weight, Im not losing my appetite, and I dont smoke or drinkI'm vegetarian too. Does this all sound serious? Any idea what might be going on?
it is due to sinusitis or deviated nasal septum. take steam inhalation
