My stomach has been hurting for the past three days. It's like these cramps and sharp pains that come and go every day, lasting about 5 to 10 seconds before it goes back to normal. Do you have any idea what might be causing this? Could it be related to some kind of gastro issue? What can I do at home to feel better?

It sounds like you might be experiencing mild gastrointestinal discomfort, possibly due to indigestion, gas, or even a mild stomach infection. Try taking an over-the-counter antacid or anti-gas medication, drink warm water, and avoid heavy or spicy foods. If the pain persists or worsens, its best to consult a doctor to rule out other causes.

View allI've been dealing with stomach bloating every morning and night, especially around meal times, and it's also giving me really bad backaches. It's so bad that I need extra back support just to sit. I've tried antacids and things like Pan40, Pudin Hara, and Digene, but they only help for a little while. This has been going on for over two years, and it's been getting worse in the last few months. What could be causing this, and what else can I try for more lasting relief?
Night falls or sex dreams can be distressing. To address this issue, consider the following steps: Consult a urologist or a sexologist to rule out any underlying medical conditions. Practice relaxation techniques, such as meditation or deep breathing, to reduce stress and anxiety. Maintain a healthy lifestyle, including regular exercise, a balanced diet, and adequate sleep. Consider counseling or therapy to address any underlying psychological factors contributing to your symptoms.

I'm looking at my Liver Function Test results and I'm a bit concerned. My total bilirubin is 15.2 mgdL, direct bilirubin is 11.6 mgdL, and indirect bilirubin is 3.60 mgdL. Plus, my SGOT is 96 UL and SGPT is 137 UL. What should I do next? Is there something I should be worried about?

I'm having this weird sensation like something's stuck in my throat, and sometimes I even feel pain that goes all the way down to my chest. It seems to get worse when I wake up in the morning, but when I gargle or have some green tea, it feels a bit better. What could be causing this? Should I be worried?
it can be due to post nasal drip
