I'm a bit worried here and could use some advice. So, my doctor had me do a follicular study, and at 24 mm, I received an HCG shot. My husband and I timed our intercourse for three days, and from the fourth day, I started taking Susten SR 200 daily for 10 days. On the eighth day of taking Susten, I tested positive for pregnancy, and its still positive after finishing the 10-days course. I stopped the Susten three days ago, but now I'm feeling mild cramps in my lower abdomen. Im concernedcould stopping Susten cause a miscarriage? I'm currently taking folic acid and a cyst-go tablet because I have PCOS and some hormonal imbalance. Could you please give me some guidance? My last menstrual period was on the 17th of May.

Mild cramping after stopping progesterone (Susten) does not necessarily mean theres a problem, but you should keep an eye on the symptoms. The pregnancy will likely progress well if your body is producing enough progesterone naturally at this stage. However, please continue regular check-ups with your doctor to monitor your pregnancy and ensure that all is well.

View allI'm really concerned about my friend's situation because his wife's vaginal area is too tight and it's making sex really difficult for them. He reached out to me for advice and I suggested they try a water-based lube since I had read about it online somewhere, but I'm not sure which one is the safest or most effective without side effects. What would you recommend for them?
Taking expired Augmentin may reduce its effectiveness, but it's unlikely to cause harm. However, as a breastfeeding mother, it's essential to consider the potential impact on your baby. Augmentin is generally considered safe for breastfeeding, but expired medication may affect its safety profile. Consult your healthcare provider or a lactation expert for personalized advice on continuing breastfeeding.

I'm 25 weeks pregnant with my first baby and I'm planning to travel to Assam during my 27th or 28th week. While most of my trip from Chennai will be by air, I'll spend the last two hours on some really bad and bumpy roads. Is it safe for someone in my condition to make this trip on such roads? What precautions should I take, and what emergency signs should I be on the lookout for, given that there isn't a good medical facility nearby?
Traveling during your 2728th week of pregnancy with bumpy roads may pose risks, such as discomfort, back pain, and potentially, preterm labor or placental abruption; to minimize risks, consider consulting your obstetrician before traveling, wear a seatbelt, take regular breaks, stay hydrated, and avoid fatigue; monitor yourself for emergency signs, including severe abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding, contractions, or decreased fetal movement, and research local medical facilities along your route in case of an emergency, despite their limitations.

I was recently diagnosed with a 1.1-1.2 cm subendometrial fibroid in the upper anterior wall of my uterine cavity. I don't have any symptoms but I'm trying to get pregnant do I need to remove it for fertility? What kind of surgery would be required if it has to be removed? Just wondering if it could affect a normal pregnancy
