I'm concerned about having man boobs, especially because there's this noticeable fat deposit on and around the nipple area. I'm not sure who to consult about this. Could you tell me what type of doctor I should see for this issue?

Is tea good for diabetics?
Research suggests that green tea, turmeric tea, hibiscus tea, cinnamon tea, lemon balm tea, chamomile tea, and black tea may improve insulin sensitivity and offer impressive antidiabetic effects. Hence, they can be included in diet. Milk sugars are carbohydrates, particularly lactose, is not good but milk fats are good for diabetes. I've been noticing that I'm sighing a lot, like every 5 to 10 minutes I'm taking a deep breath. Occasionally I can't seem to get a full deep breath. This started about 4 days ago and it's got me a bit worried. I don't have any chest pain, and my normal breathing is fine. Do you think this could be an allergy thing, something with my lungs, or maybe even my heart? I'm also yawning frequently. For context, I weigh 80 kg and I'm 169 cm tall. I have hypothyroidism and I'm on 25 mcg of thyronorm. Could any of this be linked?
it might be because of anxiety, kindly reduce your weight and your anxiety
