I'm concerned about my blood pressure being 142 over 70. Could you help me understand what might be causing this and what solutions there might be?

View allI'm 33 and have been dealing with high blood pressure for about a decade. I've been taking medication for it, initially just Nebicard 5 mg, but after 12 years, my doctor switched me to Covamlo. However, recently due to some family stress, my blood pressure has spiked, and my doctor prescribed me two tablets. I'm really worried about this change. Is this normal, and should I be concerned about having to take more medication?
The medication prescribed to you for high blood pressure is a combination of drugs called Covamlo. The brand name for this combination is Co-Diovan. You have been prescribed 2 tablets, so please take them as directed by your doctor. This combination medication contains Valsartan 160mg and Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg. Taking your medication regularly and managing stress through relaxation techniques can help control your blood pressure.

I'm worried because my pulse rate has been really high even when I'm just restinglike around 105 to 115. Also, for the past three days, I've been having shortness of breath, and I know I have mild asthma, but I'm not using my inhaler right now. What can I do to lower my pulse rate to normal?
start using inhaler duolin and start steam inhalation

I'm trying to make sense of this ECG report. It's got me a bit worried. The vent rate is 64 BPM, PR interval is at 232 ms, Qrs duration reads 114 ms, and the QtQtc interval shows 407423. Should I be concerned about any of these numbers? Are there any changes I should be considering?
Based on the ECG report you provided, everything seems within normal limits. There are no serious concerns noted. The ventricular rate is 64 BPM, PR interval is 232 ms, QRS duration is 114 ms, and QTQTC interval is 407423 ms. No immediate changes in medication are required based on this ECG report.
