I'm concerned about not being able to ejaculate during intercourse with my girlfriend. I tried for about half an hour, but nothing happened until I masturbated afterward. Could there be something wrong with me?

My dad had prostate surgery 3 years ago but still has urinary retention issues and has been dealing with prostate problems for like 20 years. The doctor just put in a urine drainage bag. Is this normal after so many years of prostate issues or should we be worried about something else going on?
Yes, long-standing prostate issues can lead to bladder damage and retention even after surgery. A urologist may assess for bladder dysfunction or urethral narrowing with urodynamic studies.

I've been dealing with frequent urination for the past two weeks and it's really getting to me. I've already tried antibiotics like Niftas and Flavospas, but they haven't helped at all. I seem to keep getting these UTIs over and over, and it's so frustrating. What else could be going on and what should I do next?
you need to get urine rm and culture, blood culture and proceed accordingly
